Download and install VPN Client

Downloading the VPN client software


From a browser, logon to the user portal, user portal is accessible at https://vpn.itworxedu.com:4443/



First time you log in to the portal, at login a QR displays on the screen, please scan this with your smartphone or tablet using the Microsoft Authenticator app or Sophos Authentication app. 

The application now shows the token.


Go to User Portal Again (or simply click proceed to login at the top left) and log in by entering the username and password with this format: Password of User+ token generated on App.

Once logged into the portal, download Sophos Connect Client for Windows. For Mac OS X  users please follow https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/125374



Installing the SSL VPN client software on Windows

Run the downloaded file.

Click Next and follow the wizard.




 
Download SSL VPN Configuration for Windows.

Double click the downloaded file to import configurations.

Once installed, start the VPN authentication by clicking on client icon in the task bar.


Click connect.



Log in using the same credentials for the user portal. (Password+Token in the password field).
